I was wondering if anyone has had problems connecting their iLok and downloading licenses? I recently got Pro Tools 10 and the iLok is just not playing ball. When i try to add it to my iloks on the website, it doesn't recognize it. I've had 15 emails with a support person and i've tried everything they throw at me but nothing works. VERY irritating Angry

If anyone has had a similar problem and found a solution, please let me know. In the meantime, i'm getting to know Reaper Undecided

I had a similar problem took ages to do and eventually i realized that my current Web browser didn't  support the Required 'Flash or some sorts' to download the license. So i used the Internet explorer that comes with the PC and it worked. Hopefully your prob gets sorted man

If you are still having issues with the iLok drivers, I have them here with me.

Just come and find me and I'll give you the latest versions.

I finally got my Pro Tools license on my iLok! What took a week of struggling on my PC took about 2 minutes on my friends iMac. I spoke to Karien and that's how she solved it. Gotta love Apple sometimes. Thanks guys!

Always check the AVID DUC sticky notes at the top of each section.

This normally gives specific details on each o.s and systems.
